Keyboarding 11 is designed for people with little or no previous keyboarding skills. By the end of the course you should be able to touch-type the alphabetic/numeric keyboard. Basic word processing skills are also covered. Keyboarding speed at course completion varies but should be between 20 and 40 correct words a minute.
